I hope you’ve found this blog useful.
If so, you may be wondering if I can help you or your organisation?
I help organisations learn about KM in the following ways:
- For those who want self-directed learning – I write books and articles and this blog.
- For those who want training – I run training courses – in-house personalised sessions, open sessions, knowledge-sharing groups, webinars through MBL and also online courses.
I can also help you with KM projects or write your KM strategy, but I prefer to teach you to be self-sufficient and mentor you through it, rather than simply take over.
All my work is evidence-based, with a strong foundation in KM research and theory because I would not want to risk your business on experimentation or fad. Even so, I pride myself in being practical and jargon-free. My Practical Projects book was declared “One of the most pragmatic KM texts” and one of the most common comments about my training is that it is “practical and useful“.
I primarily work with professional services firms, but most of my knowledge and experience is transferable to any knowledge intensive business. If you are unsure if I’d be a good fit for your organisation, give me a call and we can chat.
You can find out more on my business website here.
Or you can just give me a ring or drop me a line for a chat.
I look forward to working with you!
