As knowledge intensive firms (KIFs), law firms can improve their efficiency and effectiveness considerably through strategic, proven Knowledge tools and techniques.
I focus on teaching law firms how they can improve their strategic KM plans alongside their business plans, rather than come in as a consultant and take over.
I also give away a lot of free tips and knowledge here on this blog and through my “busy person’s monthly round-up”.
Of course, if you want some help with implementing a project or writing your KM strategy, I won’t turn you away, just give me a ring or drop me a line and we can chat about your needs, but my primary goal is always to teach your firm to be self-sufficient.
Who am I?
I’m a UK solicitor/lawyer (now non-practising) and KM professional.
From my time practising law, my time in-house as a Knowledge Lawyer and my time working as an independent KMer, I understand lawyers and law firms and what KM tactics will actually work.
I am also founder of Knowledge Network UK, the only knowledge-sharing and networking group for law firm KM professionals in UK.
